Email support@branchbeat.com for help with the app, your account, a subscription or your data. Write from the address on your account if you can, so we can find it quickly. A person reads every message.

Report or block someone

Report is in the ⋯ menu on every post and profile, and in the menu that opens when you press and hold a comment or a direct message. Pick the reason that fits and our moderation team will review it. To stop someone messaging you, open their profile and choose Block from the same menu.

For anything involving the safety of a child, choose “Child safety concern” when you report, and see our Child Safety Standards for how those reports are handled. How the Community feed works

Both feeds in Community are chronological. The Global feed shows public posts, newest first, in the same order for everyone. The Friends feed shows posts from the accounts you follow, and your own, also newest first. Neither feed is ranked by an algorithm or built from your data: what you play, like or listen to does not change the order. Hashtag pages list posts newest first too. Posts from accounts you have blocked, and posts you are not allowed to see, are left out.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so they are cancelled there: on an iPhone or iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep what you paid for until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Bought a subscription on another device, or reinstalled the app? If you see Subscription in the profile menu, choose it and tap Restore Purchases.
